Emblazer.ai is an AI research automation platform that lets businesses delegate research tasks to AI agents. The platform handles business directory searches, product research, clinical data gathering, and competitive analysis at scale, returning structured results to users without manual effort.
The Challenge
The Emblazer.ai team needed to build their entire platform from scratch with no existing codebase and a hard go-to-market deadline. The product required concurrent AI agent task management, predictable LLM API cost controls at scale, and a multi-tier subscription billing system from day one. Every technical decision made in the first four weeks would shape the architecture for years.
Our Solution
Full-stack platform architecture
Designed and built the end-to-end platform on React, Node.js, and Python. The system architecture was designed for horizontal scaling as the number of concurrent AI agents grew, with clear separation between the task orchestration layer and the user-facing product.
LLM integration and ML pipeline
Integrated OpenAI with semantic caching, rate limiting, and structured output enforcement. Built a custom ML pipeline for extracting structured data from unstructured research outputs, significantly reducing post-processing overhead and improving result accuracy.
AWS cloud infrastructure
Provisioned the entire AWS infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code with automated deployment pipelines, auto-scaling worker pools for AI task execution, and cost monitoring dashboards so the team could track spend per task type.
Multi-tier subscription billing
Implemented a 4-tier subscription system with Stripe, including usage-based billing for AI task credits, automated tier upgrades based on usage, and clear metering so users could track their consumption in real time.
